Senior Project Manager (Freelance)

Guided a premier hospitality development team in successful launch and strategic marketing rollout for an upscale restaurant and hidden speakeasy, managing day-to-day 360 marketing activities with a handpicked creative team and clients' construction vendors.

Deliverables

● Concept an overarching creative direction for the new construction 

● Develop Brand Kit and Brand Book Suite

● Website Development and Engaging Social Media Presence 

Creative Content (2 Season Docuseries, Reels, Photo and Video Content)

● Design and produce all restaurant collateral (Menus, Napkins, Coasters etc.)

● Run SEO and Dynamic Digital Marketing Strategies (Email Marketing, Newsletters etc.)

● Out of Home Marketing (Mailers, Billboards, Print)

  • Achieved a $350K increase in project scope within six months and secured an additional $200K in resource management and creative development after one year of performance.

  • Utilized inbound marketing techniques to produce unique storylines for multiple photo and video productions for digital channels including a high performing docuseries on Instagram.
